It depends on the product group. Pipes and fittings are sold in box and package quantities, while shower systems can be supplied in more flexible amounts. For mixed container loads we combine several product groups. The exact MOQ for your items is confirmed at the quotation stage.

Quotations are normally issued EXW (our plant in Çatalca / Istanbul) or FOB (Istanbul / Tekirdağ ports). Other delivery terms can be arranged on request depending on the destination and order volume.

Products are supplied in printed boxes and, where applicable, on pallets suitable for container loading. Box quantities are stated in the technical table at the bottom of every product page, so the total number of boxes, volume and weight can be calculated before shipment.

Items available from stock are prepared within a few working days of order confirmation. For bulk and project orders the production lead time is stated in the quotation, typically depending on quantity and product group.

Export payment terms (advance payment, T/T or letter of credit) are agreed during the quotation stage. Our bank accounts in TL, USD and EURO are provided with the proforma invoice. The online payment pages on this website serve our domestic customers in Türkiye.

Yes. PP-R pipes and fittings, brass valves, PE-RT / PE-XB pipes and shower systems can be combined in a single container. We prepare a loading plan showing how the ordered quantities fit the container volume.

River Metal is a Turkish manufacturing company founded in 2019 that produces PP-R pipes and fittings, PVC-U pipes, PE-RT / PE-XB pipes, brass valves and metal connection fittings, and shower systems. It works on a 100% export-oriented basis and has been expanding its capacity through investments in the Trakya Free Zone since 2021. Its products carry TSE and CE certification.

The production range also covers PP-R fittings, PE-X / PE-RT pipes, brass valves and connection elements, and flexible water hoses.

We are a manufacturer. River Metal was founded in 2019 and produces heating and cooling plumbing materials used in indoor installations in its own plant. In 2021 the company made new investments in the Trakya Free Zone to raise capacity and widen the range, so buyers purchase directly from the producer.

Yes. Our ball valves are TSE certified to TS EN 13828 (drinking water) and TS EN 331 (gas installations), industrial ball valves to TS EN 13547, radiator valves to TS 579 and manifolds to TSE K 534. Gas ball valves additionally hold CE Certificate of Constancy of Performance no. 1922-CPR-2539 under EU Regulation 305/2011 (CPR), Notified Body No. 1922. All certificates can be viewed and downloaded as PDF on our certificates page.

PP-R (polypropylene random copolymer) pipe is a plastic pipe used in hot and cold water installations, in which parts are joined by heat fusion welding. It is produced in PN16, PN20 and PN25 pressure classes and is preferred for drinking water lines, central heating and air-conditioning lines. The River Metal range includes plain and glass-fibre reinforced composite PP-R pipes together with more than 60 fittings, from elbows to ball valves.

PP-R pipes are mainly used in indoor sanitary and heating installations with fusion (welded) joints. PE-RT and PE-XB pipes are flexible, which makes them the preferred choice for underfloor heating and hot water installations; they are available with or without an oxygen barrier and with a protective conduit. Our sales team advises on the right pipe type and diameter for your project.
